About Velaine

Velaine exists because this category has a trust problem. Intimate products are barely regulated for material safety, marketing is either euphemistic or lurid, and honest answers are hard to find. We think all three are fixable.

Our three rules

Body-safe only. Every product we stock is non-porous — medical-grade silicone, borosilicate glass, ABS or stainless steel — with the full material composition listed in its specifications. We do not stock jelly, rubber, PVC or unverified TPE, at any price.

Privacy is part of the product. Plain packaging, neutral sender name, neutral card statement, and no sharing of purchase data with advertising platforms. Ever.

Honest advice beats a sale. Our guides will tell you when soap and water works as well as a product, when smaller and cheaper is the better first purchase, and when a question is one for a physiotherapist rather than a shop.
