Pelvic health

Practical tools for pelvic floor care.

Pelvic floor training has well-documented benefits — physiotherapists recommend it after childbirth, for bladder control, and for general core health. The tools here are simple, silicone-coated, and designed to support a consistent routine.

These products are wellness tools, not medical devices. If you have pelvic pain, a prolapse diagnosis, or are recovering from surgery, please talk to your GP or a pelvic health physiotherapist before starting any training program.

Pelvic health: common questions

How often should I use kegel weights?+

Most physiotherapy guidance suggests 10–15 minutes a day, a few days per week, starting with the lightest weight. Consistency matters more than duration — and if you feel pain at any point, stop and consult a professional.

Are these a replacement for seeing a physiotherapist?+

No. They are training aids. If you have symptoms — leaking, pain, heaviness — a pelvic health physiotherapist can assess what is actually going on, which no product can do.
