Shipping

  • Plain packaging, always. Unbranded satchel or box, no product names, neutral sender name on the label.
  • Neutral card statement. Your payment appears under a plain company name with no category hint.
  • Delivery times: 2–5 business days to metro areas, up to 8 for regional addresses. Tracking is emailed on dispatch. Items marked as shipping from our supply partners may take 8–15 business days — this is always stated on the product page before you order.
  • Cost: $9.95 flat, free over $79.
  • Private delivery options: we support Australia Post parcel lockers and Parcel Collect — use them as your shipping address at checkout.

Returns

For hygiene reasons — an industry-wide and common-sense rule — intimate products cannot be returned once opened or used, unless the product is faulty.

  • Faulty products: covered by the manufacturer warranty listed on each product page and by your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Contact us with your order number and a description; we will replace or refund, including return postage.
  • Unopened products: returnable within 30 days in original sealed packaging for a refund of the product price.
  • Change of mind (opened): we cannot accept these — please read the product page and guides carefully before ordering. This rule protects every customer.

Nothing on this page limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
