About this product

Pure Glide is the lubricant we recommend by default because it is compatible with everything: silicone products, latex and polyurethane condoms, and sensitive skin. The formula is pH-balanced, free of parabens and fragrance, and light on glycerin to reduce stickiness and irritation risk.

The 150 ml pump bottle dispenses one-handed and lasts most people several months. Water-based does mean reapplying occasionally during longer sessions — that is the honest trade-off against silicone-based formulas, which last longer but cannot be used with silicone products.

Frequently asked questions

Water-based or silicone-based — which should I buy?+

If you own silicone products, water-based is the only safe choice. If you want maximum longevity and use no silicone products, silicone-based lasts longer. Our comparison guide covers this in two minutes.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?+

The formula is pH-balanced and free of parabens, fragrance and warming agents — the usual irritation culprits. As with any product, patch-test on your inner arm if your skin is highly reactive.

Does it stain?+

No — water-based formulas wash out of fabric with a normal laundry cycle.
